Salsa De Chile Chipotle

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Onion; finely chopped
  • 1 Clove garlic; chopped
  • 2 tb Oil
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 ts Oregano
  • 1 ds Salt; pepper
  • 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 1 Canned chipotle to taste


Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped.
Sauté onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook
gently 15 minutes.

Makes 2 cups.
