 Ingredients List

  • 4 md Tomato, ripe; peeled &
  • -seeded
  • 8 Scallion, whole; minced
  • 5 Jalape#os; minced
  • 4 Cilantro sprig; minced
  • Salt & pepper; to taste
  • 4 Garlic clove; minced*
  • 2 tb Olive oil*


Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they form a thick sauce.
Chill and serve.
