 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and
  • -coarsely chopped (10 med)
  • 1 sm White onion, peeled & diced
  • 1 Fresh green chili pepper,
  • -seeded and chopped
  • 2 Lemons, juice of
  • 2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow-cooker. Set on low and cook, covered,
for approximately 45 minutes, or just until ingredients are thoroughly
heated and sauce is hot. Makes 2 cups.
