Ingredients List
- 1 md Onion; chopped
- 6 Chiles serranos; peeled and
- 6 Cloves garlic
- 3 lg Tomatoes
- 1 tb Vinegar
- 1 tb Honey
- 1/4 ts Dried oregano
- 1/4 ts Cumin
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 pn Black pepper
Directions
Chiles serranos, peeled and seeded. Blend in food processor or blender: 1

garlic. Fry the mixture in butter for about 5 minutes. Blend in: 3 large
tomatoes, 1 TBS vinegar, 1 TBS honey, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp cumin,
1/4 tsp salt, 1 pinch black pepper.
