Salsa Steak Sticks

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Beef top sirloin steak; cut
  • -into 3/4-inch cubes

 Directions

MARINADE
1 c Medium salsa
1 1/2 ts Lemon pepper
1 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 c Vegetable oil

1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a glass dish or large sealable
plastic bag.

2. For appetizers: skewer two beef cubes per 4-inch wooden stick.

3. Marinate beef cubes for 1 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
