- 3/4 c Coriander Seeds
- 10 lg Red Chillies
- 1 ts Black Pepper -- (whole)
- 1/4 ts Fenugreek
- 1 pn Asafoetida
Directions
Fry ingredients in a tea spoon of oil on low heat and powder the fried
stuff in blender when luke warm to a fine powder. The prepared powder can
be stored refrigerated indefinitely in any container.
