 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Channa Dal
  • 3/4 c Coriander Seeds
  • 10 lg Red Chillies
  • 1 ts Black Pepper -- (whole)
  • 1/4 ts Fenugreek
  • 1 pn Asafoetida

 Directions

Fry ingredients in a tea spoon of oil on low heat and powder the fried
stuff in blender when luke warm to a fine powder. The prepared powder can
be stored refrigerated indefinitely in any container.
