Sausage Supper Squares
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 2 c Pancake mix; prepared
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 2 Eggs; lightly beaten
- 2 tb Butter; melted
- 1 cn (12-oz) corn -or-
- 1 1/2 c Frozen corn
- Maple syrup
Directions
In a skillet, over medium heat, cook sausages 10 minutes, turning once
until browned. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and butter;
stir gently just to moisten. Stir in corn. Pour into 9 x 13 inch (3L)
greased baking dish. Lay sausage on top. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30
minutes. Cut into squares and drizzle with maple syrup. NOTES: For a
delightful brunch idea, serve this with a fresh fruit salad. Or try it with
a fresh vegetable salad for a quick dinnertime meal. Nutritional
