Sauteed Mushrooms #2

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Mushroom caps
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 1/2 c White wine
  • 3 tb Worcestershire
  • 3 tb Soy sauce
  • 2 tb Minced onion
  • 1/2 ts Oregano
  • Few sprinkles each: garlic
  • -salt; rosemary and chopped
  • -parsley


Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel. Saute 3 minutes in butter. Add
remaining ingredients. Simmer gently about 15 minutes.
