Savory Baked Beans with Sausage

Ingredients List
- 1/2 - 1 Lb Bulk Pork Sausage
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped fine
- 1 md Onion, chopped fine
- 1 cn Pork & Beans - in tomato
- Sauce
- 1/2 c Chili Sauce or Ketchup
- 1/3 c Brown Sugar
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Dry Mustard
- 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 sl Bacon - fried crisp
Directions
Shape pork into 1 inch balls and brown in skillet. Pour off excess fat, add
green pepper and onions, cook. Combine with beans and ketchup, brown sugar,
salt, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at
350 degrees for 35 minutes. Crumble bacon strips on top. Bake 10 minutes
longer.
