Savory Herb Bread
Ingredients List
- 2 1/4 c Bisquick reduced fat baking
- -mix
- 3/4 c Yoplait fat free plain
- -yogurt
- 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley -or-
- 1 ts Dried parsley flakes
- 1 tb Chopped fresh or
- 1 ts Dried sage leaves
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg white
- 1 Clove garlic; finely
- -chopped -or-
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder
Directions
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease round pan, 8x1-1/2 inches.
MIX all ingredients with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
Spread in pan.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around side of loaf,
pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 1 loaf (16
wedges).
