Ingredients List
- 1 cn (6-oz.) Dole pineapple juice
- 3/4 lb Flank steak
- 2 Green, red or yellow bell
- -peppers,, cut in strips
- 1 lg Red onion, sliced
- 1 c Monterey jack cheese,,
- -shredded
- 4 Flour tortillas
Directions
Pour pineapple juice over flank steak in non-metallic dish. Cover; marinate
30 minutes in refrigerator. Discard marinade. Grill or broil steak with
peppers, onion for 15 minutes for medium rare or until vegetables are
tender. Divide steak and vegetables and cheese among 4 (8 inch) flour
tortilla. Roll up. Serves 4.
