Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 1 Egg,beaten
- 1 lb Beef ground
- 1/4 lb Ground pork or sausage meat
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Nutmeg
- 4 Diced bacon slices, crisp
- -cooked. drained
- 2 Onions, sliced thin

Saok crumbs in milk for several minutes. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix. Place
1/3 of meat mixture in bottom of loaf pan. Spread with 1/2 of the bacon
~onion mixture . Cover with 1/2 of the remaining meat mixture. Spread with
remaining bacon-onion mixture. top with remaining meat. Pack down into loaf
pan. Bake at 350 degs for 1 hour.
