Scalloped Oysters

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pt Oysters, drained
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tb Grated onion
  • 1/2 c Cracker crumbs or bread
  • -crumbs
  • 4 tb Butter
  • 1/2 c Heavy cream

 Directions

Preheat oven to 350øF. Place half of the oysters in a well-greased two
quart casserole. Top with half of each of the remaining ingredients except
cream. Repeat layers. Pour cream over all and bake 30 minutes. Yield: 6
