Scalloped Potatoes 2

Ingredients List
- 4-5 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 3T butter
- 3T flour
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1tsp salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheese for top (optional, I think)
- paprika
Directions
1. In a small pan, melt butter, blend in flour. Let cook for a minute.
2. Add all of the cold milk, whisk.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook on low until smooth and boiling.
5. Reduce heat and stir in cheese.
6. Place 1/2 of the potatoes in a greased pan.
7. Pour 1/2 of the cheese sauce over the potatoes.
8. Repeat with remaining potatoes and cheese
9. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
10. Top with paprika.
11. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350 F.
