Scalloped Potatoes with Cheddar Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Margarine
  • 1 sm Onion; sliced
  • 1 cn Cream of broccoli cheese
  • -soup
  • 1/3 c Milk
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 4 md Potatoes; cooked and sliced
  • 3 sl Bacon; cooked and crumbled
  • Fresh parsley; for garnish

 Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt margarine. Saute onion until
tender.

2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper, bring to a boil.

3. Add pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for
5 minutes or until hot.

4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
