Scallops Ageganata

 Ingredients List

  • 3 tb Bread crumbs; dried
  • 1 ts Fresh parsley
  • 1/4 ts Oregano; each &
  • Lemon peel; grated
  • 1 tb Margarine; reduced calorie
  • 1/2 ts Margarine; reduced calorie
  • 8 oz Scallops; bay or sea
  • 1 tb Lemon juice; freshly squee
  • 1 tb Dry vermouth
  • 1 c Garlic; minced


in mixing bowl, combine crumbs, parsley, oregano & lemon peel; add
margarine & mix well until thoroughly moistened. Set aside. Preheat
broiler; in shallow flameproof 1 1/2 c. casserole, arrange scallops; mix
together remaining ingredients & pour over scallops. Broil 6 inches from
heat until scallops are opaque, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle crumb mixture
evently over scallops & broil until crisp & lightly browned, about 1 minute
longer. Each serving provides: 3 protein; 1/2 bread; 1 fat, 10 optional (on
WeightWatchers) approximately 295 calories per serving. FROM: JANE
