Ingredients List
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 2 c Milk -- scalded
- 2 c Half& half -- (light)
- c Sugar
- 1 Tesp
- Tesp
- 1/4 Tesp
- 2/3 c Chopped dates -- or raisins
- 3 To 3/12 c
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Rice
Directions
1. In pot, combine all ingred. Cover and heat. 2. Cook at med heat for 2
hours, stirring every hour. Reduce to Med - Low heat to keep warm for
serving or chill for serving. Serve with light cream, if desired.
