  • 3 tb Olive oil
  • 1 tb Sesame oil
  • 1 tb Minced ginger
  • 1/4 c Chopped scallions (white and
  • -green parts)
  • 1 tb Chile (I used Serranoes; may
  • -want to use more)
  • 2 tb Soy sauce
  • 4 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
