 Ingredients List

  • 1/3 c Shortening
  • 2 c Self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c Milk; more or less


Heat oven to 450. Cut shortening into flour. Stir in milk. Round dough up
on lightly floured board. Knead gently 10 times. Roll out to 1/4 to
1/2-inch thick. Cut into rounds. Place on ungreased pan. Bake 10-12
