Sea Legs Summer Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 5 tb Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 ts Curry powder
  • 1 ts Lemon juice
  • 1 ds Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/2 lb Sea Legs Crabmeat Blend
  • 3/4 c Thawed frozen peas
  • 1/2 c Thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 c Chopped green onions
  • 1/3 c Dry roasted peanuts or
  • Cashews
  • 1 1/2 c Shredded red cabbage
  • Mandarin oranges


In med bowl combine mayo, curry, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Toss
with crabmeat, peas, celery, green onions & nuts. Cover; refrigerate
to blend flavors. Serve on shredded cabbage & garnish with oranges.
