Seafood Artichoke Fettucine

 Ingredients List

  • 8 Shrimp
  • 2 Lobster tails, just the meat
  • 2 Artichoke hearts, cut in
  • 8 Mushrooms, slice
  • 2 oz Olive oil
  • 2 oz Flour
  • 8 oz Light cream
  • 3 oz Romano cheese, grated
  • 2 oz Snow or king crabmeat
  • 8 oz Fettucine, cooked


Saute' shrimp, lobster tails, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in olive oil.
When the seafood is 75% cooked add flour; let cook three minutes and light
cream, grated Romano cheese and crabmeat. Mix well Serve over cooked
