Seafood Artichoke Fettucine
Ingredients List
- 8 Shrimp
- 2 Lobster tails, just the meat
- 2 Artichoke hearts, cut in
- 8 Mushrooms, slice
- 2 oz Olive oil
- 2 oz Flour
- 8 oz Light cream
- 3 oz Romano cheese, grated
- 2 oz Snow or king crabmeat
- 8 oz Fettucine, cooked
Directions
Saute' shrimp, lobster tails, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in olive oil.
When the seafood is 75% cooked add flour; let cook three minutes and light
cream, grated Romano cheese and crabmeat. Mix well Serve over cooked
fettucine.
