Seafood Crepes with Medium White Sauce

Ingredients List
- 2 c Med WHITE SAUCE
- 1/4 c Dark rum
- 1/4 c Snipped parsley
- 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard
- Salt & white pepper to
- Taste
- 3 c Bite sized pieces fish
- (cooked crab, lobster,
- Shrimp, scallops or cooked
- Fish)
- 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 Crepes, each 6" in diameter
Directions
Combine in saucepan 1 1/2 cups med White Sauce with all ingredients
except crepes, heat. Spoon mixture into each crepe, fold. Place
crepes in greased 8*11" baking dish; spoon remaining med White Sauce
over rolled crepes & sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 oven
for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
