Seafood Fritter Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 4 oz Butter; melted
  • 2 tb Cream
  • 2 ts Flour
  • 2 ts Soy sauce
  • 2 ts Mushroom ketchup *


Mix cream with flour.

Add to melted butter, heating and stirring constantly.

When slightly thickened, add soy sauce, mushroom ketchup.

Mix in well.

If you cannot find mushroom ketchup, it may be worth your while to make it.
