Seafood Kabobs

 Ingredients List

  • 6 sl Bacon
  • 12 lg Scallops
  • 12 lg Peeled & deveined shrimp
  • 12 md Whole mushrooms
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c Teriyaki sauce

 Directions

Slice bacon in half. Wrap each scallop with bacon. On each skewer
place 2 of each: shrimp, scallops, mushrooms & tomatoes. Broil 5
minutes per side, brushing with sauce. Serve hot.
