Seafood Marinara

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Fresh fish or seafood (one
  • Or a combination)
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1 md Chopped onion
  • 3 Pressed garlic cloves
  • 3/4 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Soft bread crumbs
  • 1 sm Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 c Minced parsley
  • 1/2 c Dry sherry
  • 1/2 c Water


Saute' fish or shellfish in olive oil over med heat, just until
delicately browned. As soon as fish has started to brown, add onion,
garlic, salt & bread crumbs; cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes & parsley;
lower heat & simmer 3 minutes. Add sherry & water; simmer,
uncovered, 3 minutes longer. Serve alone or spoon over hot rice.
