 Ingredients List

  • 2 cn Shrimp, 4 1/2 oz. each,
  • -drained
  • 2 cn Tuna, 9 1/4 oz. each,
  • -drained - water pack
  • 2 cn Crabmeat, 6 1/2 oz. each
  • -drain, remove cartilage
  • -or use fresh
  • 1 cn Pimiento, 7 1/2 oz. drained
  • - and diced
  • 1/3 c Parsley, chopped - fresh
  • 3 c Instant, rice - uncooked
  • 2 c Cream of mushroom soup -
  • - condensed - or use the
  • - low fat kind
  • 3 c Water
  • 1 c Dry white wine
  • 1 tb Onion; chopped
  • 2 ts Dill weed
  • 1/2 ts Paprika
  • 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce

 Directions

Place first 6 ingredients in removable crockpot liner. Combine soup with
next six ingredients. Pour in removable liner and mix well. Place liner in
base. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
