Seasoned Turkey

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Turkey (any size)
  • 2 tb Oil
  • 2 tb Salt
  • 1 ts Pepper
  • 1 ts Paprika
  • 1 tb Garlic powder
  • Water


Wash turkey and pat dry. Combine oil, satt, pepper, paprika and garlic
powder. Make a paste by adding water to a spreading consistency. Spread
over inside and outside of turkey. Place turkey on a rack in a shallow pan.
Bake at 325ø for 20 minutes per pound. Spices may be doubled if an extra
large turkey is used.
