 Ingredients List

  • 1 Herring boned & skinned
  • - cut into 1" diagonal pcs.
  • 1/3 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c Olive oil
  • 2 ts Sugar
  • 2 ts Dried dill chopped
  • - or -
  • 2 tb Dill fresh & chopped fine


Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour
the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
