Ingredients List
- 1 Herring boned & skinned
- - cut into 1" diagonal pcs.
- 1/3 c Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 2 ts Sugar
- 2 ts Dried dill chopped
- - or -
- 2 tb Dill fresh & chopped fine
Directions
Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour
the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
