Sesame Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients List
- 1/2 pound round steak
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- stir fry veggies to your liking:
- 1 small onion, chopped
- stir fry veggies to your liking: broccoli,
- carrots, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, red peppers
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, garlic, ginger and onions in a large bowl. Separate the sauce into two bowls and set aside.
2. Cut steak into strips and add to the sauce in one of the bowls. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 30 minutes.
3. Cook the meat in wok or frying pan until brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
4. Use the rest of the sauce to cook the vegetables in. Cook the broccoli, carrots and celery first. When they start getting tender, add the zucchini, red pepper and mushrooms.
5. Add the meat back in the wok. Stir in the sesame seeds and cook for additional 3 minutes.
6. Serve warm over brown rice. Enjoy!
