Sesame Green Beans and Peppers

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Fresh green beans;
  • 1 md -size red bell pepper;
  • -red or yellow maybe sub;
  • -cut in 1/4" strips
  • 2 tb Toasted seasmae seeds;
  • 1 ts Sesame oil;


Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain
and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper
and toss with remaining ingredients.
