Sesame Halvah
Ingredients List
- 6 c Sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 c Honey
- 1 ts Ginger
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1 ts Allspice
Directions
1. Toast 6 cups of sesame seeds in a skillet or oven. 2. Blend the seeds
in a blender one cup at a time. 3. Add honey, ginger, cinnamon and ginger
and mix in well. 4. Pat into a 13" X 9" pan and refrigerate. Cut into
squares.
