Sesame Slaw

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Sesame seeds; toasted
  • 2 tb Onion; finely chopped
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 1 tb Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 6 c Cabbage; finely shredded
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise


Mix onion (or 1 T instant minced onion with 1 T water) with sour cream,
mayo, Dijon & salt. If dressing made ahead, cover & refrigerate.

Shortly before serving, mix dressing and cooled sesame seed with cabbage
till well blended.
