Shark Steaks (Tiburon Encuritido Frito)

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Or more of edible shark fill
  • Cut into 1/4" thick steaks
  • 1/4 c Lime or lemon juice, or more
  • 1 ts Salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 c Corn oil

 Directions

Marinate the shark in the lime juice and salt for not less than 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a skillet over moderate heat. Drain the shark steaks well
and fry them for 1 minute on each side. Serve warm. Source: False Tongues
