Sherbet Punch

 Ingredients List

  • 4 1/2 c Sugar
  • 3 c Lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 c Pineapple juice
  • 1 qt Ginger ale or champagne or
  • -white table wine
  • 2 qt Sherbet; (up to 3)
  • 1 qt Water
  • 3 c Orange juice
  • 2 c Water


Cook sugar and 1 qt. water together until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Add
fruit juices, 2 cups water and chill. When ready to serve, stir in ginger
ale or wine, then drop in sherbet by scoops.
