Sherried Ham in Cream
Ingredients List
- 12 sl Baked or boiled ham; thin
- 1 c Dry sherry
- 1 1/2 c Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c Edam or gouda cheese;
- -shredded
Directions
Marinate ham in sherry in refrigerator for 12 hours, turning ham
occasionally. Remove ham from sherry; roll. Arrange rolls in a single
layer in a greased shallow baking dish, placing loose ends down. Pour cream
over ham. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake in a moderate oven (350
degrees) for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
