Sherry Cake

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pk Butter cake mix
  • 1 pk (3.75-oz) butterscotch or
  • -vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 Whole eggs
  • 1/2 c Salad oil
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1/2 c Sherry wine
  • 1 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c Nuts
  • Powdered sugar

 Directions

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, sherry & nutmeg. In
another bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon & nuts. In greased & floured tube
pan, pour half the cake mixture then sprinkle half the dry mixture over
that. Repeat with remaining cake mixture & dry mixture. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
