 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Butter
  • 1 Lemon rind; grated
  • 1 tb Sherry

 Directions

Combine all ingredients. Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut out (you may drop by
teaspoon). Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully as they will burn
quickly. From a recipe dated 1797!
