Shiitake Saute
Ingredients List
- 8 lg Fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 tb Mirin or sweet sherry
- 1 tb Soy sauce
- 1/2 ts Sugar
Directions
Cut off and discard tough mushroom stems and cut caps into wedges. Heat oil
in skillet. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until almost tender. Add mirin, soy
sauce and sugar and toss to coat mushrooms.
