Shio Ramen Recipe

 Ingredients List

  • - 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • -1 cup whole kernel corn
  • -1 cup bean sprout
  • -2 tbsp butter
  • -6 tsp salt
  • -4 cup chicken soup stock
  • -2 cup katsuo dashi soup
  • -4 tsp mirin
  • -3 tsp white sesame seeds


1. Melt butter in a medium pan and saute corn and bean sprouts
2. Season with salt and pepper then pour chicken soup and katsuodashi soup and bring to a boil.
3. Season with salt and mirin. Serve the hot soup into individual bowls.
4. In a new pot, cook the ramen noodles (see package instructions)
5. Drain the noodles and serve in the hot soup. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
