Ingredients List
- 2 packages of shirataki noodle
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 carrots
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 \ 2 fennel
- 2 handfuls of mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- one cm. grated ginger
- hot pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 handful of sesame seeds
Directions
Shiritaki Cook the noodles as directed in the package, it will usually be enough to put them for 10 minutes in very hot water.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, prepare a small omelet, beating an egg with a pinch of salt and when it is cooked, cut into small cubes.
Finally, heat the oil with the garlic and chilli in a large skillet.
Blast vegetables, carrots, mushrooms and fennel, previously washed and chopped directly on the Teppan Yaki Severin.
Drain the shirataki noodles and add it to the vegetables along with the grated ginger and soy sauce. Mix briefly by adding the squares of omelette and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
