Short Ribs of Beef

 Ingredients List

  • 3 lb Beef short ribs
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 cn Onion soup
  • Salt
  • 2 c Canned tomatoes
  • 2 tb Fat
  • Flour
  • Black pepper


Rub ribs with cut end of garlic, coat meat with flour, salt & pepper. Brown
in fat on all sides. Add soup & tomatoes. Cover, cook slowly for about 2
hours or until tender. Add water if necessary.
