Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Bottled stir-fry sauce
  • 3/4 lb Shrimp; cleaned; deveined
  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c -water
  • 10 pk Shredded red cabbage
  • 10 pk Shredded carrots
  • 3 Green onions; chopped

 Directions

Combine 2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce and shrimp in small bowl.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and
marinade; stir-fry 5 minutes. Remove shrimp.
