Shrimp Castaneda

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Fresh shrimp
  • 1 ts Ginger, minced
  • 1 md Onion, sliced
  • 2 tb Butter
  • Salt to taste


Sauce: 1 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup sherry 2 squeezes of fresh lemon juice

Saute onions and ginger in butter. When the onions are slightly cooked,
add the shrimp. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt and I use a couple of
dashes of Accent. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and sherry in a bowl. Pour
sauce over cooked shrimp while still in hot pan.
