Shrimp-Cheese Strata

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c Dairy sour cream
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 ts Curry powder
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 4 1/4 oz Tiny shrimp, rinsed and
  • -drained
  • 1 Hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 3 tb Finely chopped green onions
  • -(with tops)
  • Flatbread


Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Spread
about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle
with green onions. Serve with flatbread. 3 cups spread; 25 calories per tb.
