  • 6 c Plum tomatoes; canned,
  • -drained
  • 1 3/4 c Water
  • 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 ts Chili powder
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 2 lb Shrimp; medium-size, shelled
  • -and deveined
  • 1/2 ts File powder
  • 3 c White rice; cooked
