Shrimp Delgado

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Shrimp; peeled
  • 1 lb Fresh pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 Green onions; chopped
  • 1 pt Heavy cream
  • 1/2 pt Half & half
  • 4 oz Butter; melted
  • 1 tb Salt
  • 1/4 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/4 ts Paprika
  • 1/4 ts Thyme
  • 1 ts Pepper


Saute shrimp in butter until pink. Add cream and half-and-half and
reduce slightly. Add all spices and green onions. Cook two to three
minutes. Toss with hot pasta.
