Shrimp in Blueberry Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Peeled & deveined shrimp
  • 1 Recipe COURT BOUILLON
  • 1 tb Cornstarch
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Lemon juice
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1 c Water
  • 2 c Blueberries

 Directions

Cook shrimp in bouillon. Drain & chill. Blend cornstarch, salt, lemon
juice & sugar in water. Bring to boil. Add blueberries & simmer 10
minutes. Chill. Pour sauce in dish & arrange shrimp on top.
