Shrimp in Blueberry Sauce
Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 lb Peeled & deveined shrimp
- 1 Recipe COURT BOUILLON
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1 c Water
- 2 c Blueberries
Directions
Cook shrimp in bouillon. Drain & chill. Blend cornstarch, salt, lemon
juice & sugar in water. Bring to boil. Add blueberries & simmer 10
minutes. Chill. Pour sauce in dish & arrange shrimp on top.
