Shrimp in Garlic-Wine Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Fresh shrimp; cleaned and
  • -deveined
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves; finely
  • -chopped
  • 1/2 c Packed freshly chopped
  • -parsley
  • 1/2 c Dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and shrimp
and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook until
the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not overcook). Add salt and
pepper to taste.
