Shrimp Jumbalaya

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cn Beef broth
  • 1 cn Rotel tomatoes with green
  • -chilies
  • 1 cn Mushrooms
  • 1/2 c Celery; chopped
  • 1/2 c Bell pepper; chopped
  • 1/2 c Onion; chopped
  • 1/2 c Green onions; chopped
  • 1/2 Stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c Rice; uncooked
  • 1 lb Shrimp; peeled and deveined

 Directions

Put all ingredients into rice cooker; stir. Plug in for 20 minutes. Stir
occasionally while cooking.
