Shrimp Salad #2

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 c Chopped celery
  • 1/2 c Chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/2 c Chopped green pepper
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/3 c Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olives
  • Tomatoes

 Directions

Clean, cook & thoroughly chill shrimp. Add celery, pickles, green pepper,
lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with
olives and tomatoes. Serves 3.
